Hikaru Aono is currently postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He has joined the Computational Thermo-Fluids group under supervision of Dr. Shyy from April 2008. Before coming to the United States he received his Ph.D degree supervised by Dr. Liu at Graduate School of Science and Technology at Chiba University in Japan. His working and interesting topics are aerodynamics, fluid physics and fluid-structure interactions of flapping wings at low Reynolds numbers. |
