Wenbo Du is currently a PhD pre-candidate in the department of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Michigan.  He joined the Computational Thermo-Fluids Group in 2008 to pursue his doctorate degree under the guidance of Professor Wei Shyy.

Research Interests

• Computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
• Corrugated dragonfly wing aerodynamics
• Lithium-ion battery modeling and simulation for MAV and UAV
• Surrogate modeling/analysis and design optimization
